Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your cam runs until the end of the current billing period. Your data is kept for 90 days post-cancel, then deleted.
Go Fan Cam does not offer refunds for unused time. Cancel any time from your dashboard to stop future charges.
No setup fees. Standard Stripe payment processing applies (roughly 2.9% plus $0.30 per transaction), billed by Stripe, not by Go Fan Cam.
Client account data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted. Fan photos auto-delete on the 90-day retention schedule regardless of account status.
Yes. Pause from your dashboard and resume when your next season starts. Paused accounts are not billed. Your setup, branding, and QR code are preserved.
