How Go Fan Cam ran across 11 venues. One branded Go Fan Cam system deployed to 11 venues. Each venue had its own QR code and admin, with consistent event branding across every photo.

Every venue received the same branded photo frame, same QR code style, same fan CTA copy. Local admins at each venue, usually a showcaller or volunteer, moderated live during their session windows. Central event identity stayed consistent whether a fan was at the main stadium or a smaller venue.
